Title plan only (no site visit required) £180

(Site area up to 1500 m2)

This will include the following:-

* Site plan at 1:200 or 1:500 scale, showing North and marked appropriately

* Location plan at 1:1250 scale, showing North and marked appropriately

Measured survey and production of Land Registry compliant lease plan £350

(Bristol only and one floor plan up to 100 m2, site area up to 1500 m2)

In addition to the above this will include the following:-

* A laser measured survey

* The production of floor layout plans at 1:100 scale showing North and marked appropriately

All block, site and location plans are licensed for use by Ordnance Survey

SERVICES

Step 1) Contact us by email or telephone for a competitive quotation and timescale to complete the work

Step 2) A team member will visit your property to conduct a laser measured survey of the property and external areas as required

Step 3) We will produce then your Land Registry compliant Lease Plans or Title Plans on CAD, this will include any annotation required to denote any communal or shared access areas

Step 4) We carry out an internal check of the plans before emailing you our invoice and confirmation that the plans are complete and ready for dispatch

Step 5) The Lease Plans/Title Plans will be emailed to you on receipt of payment
